Mr Wheatley has been involved in the resources industry within Australia and overseas since 1979. He served as Chairman and CEO of TSX listed Southern Cross Resources Inc from September 2003 to December 2005. He was also a Non Executive Director of St Barbara Limited from November 2003 to August 2006. Prior to 2003, Mr Wheatley was General Manager Corporate Development at AurionGold Limited and it predecessor Goldfields Limited, and served as Senior Vice President within the Global Mining team at Bankers Trust Australia during 1996 to 1999. Mark's earlier career was at BHP in a variety of technicial and commercial roles over a 17 year period. Mr Wheatley has a BE (Chem Eng Hons 1) from the University of NSW and a MBA from the University of West Virginia.
Mr Wheatley has a successful track record of creating wealth for shareholders. While at Goldfields, the company increased in size by ten fold and the share price trippled. As CEO of Southern Cross Resources (now Uranium One), the $50 million junior company has grown to a market capitalization of $4 billion. Mr Wheatley is still on the board of Uranium One as a Non- Executive Director. |

Mr Winters has held a number of senior finance and administration positions in the mining industry since 1979 ranging across exploration activities, operating mines, mine development and construction, treasury, metals and marketing and public company administration.
He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Highland Gold and was formerly Company Secretary of Mt Lyell Mining Company Limited and CBH Resources Limited. |

Greg Jones
General Manager – Geology and Exploration
Mr Jones is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in the fields of mine geology, mine and regional exploration, project generation and resource development work. He commenced with Western Mining Corporation in 1980 and over the next 14 years worked in exploration and mine geology, both in Australia and overseas rising to Chief Geologist – Kambalda Nickel Mines. In 1994 he was appointed Exploration Manager for Wiluna Mines Ltd and in 1998 joined Sino Gold Ltd as Chief Geologist for their Chinese projects. In 2002 he was appointed Asset Manager, managing Sino’s mining operation before leaving the company in 2003 to join Leyshon Resources (also in China) as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr Jones then joined BMA Gold in 2006 as GM – Geology and Exploration on a consulting basis.
