William Michael O'Keeffe B.App.Sc (Metallurgy)
Mr O'Keeffe commenced work with Mt Isa Mines in 1975. He held a series of positions, rising to Executive Management level in commercial activities. In 1995 he became Managing Director of Glencore Australia Pty Ltd and has since held this position. He has previously held directorships in Anaconda Nickel Limited and Mt Lyell Mining Company Limited. He is currently Executive Chairman of Riversdale Mining Limited.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mark Wheatley BE (Chem Eng Hons1), MBA
Mr Wheatley has 26 years experience in the resources industry within Australia and overseas. He served as Chairman and CEO of TSX listed Southern Cross Resources Inc. from September 2003 to December 2005. He was also a Non Executive Director of St Barbara Limited (ASX: SBM) from November 2003 to August 2006. Prior to 2003, Mr Wheatley was General Manager Corporate Development at AurionGold Limited and its predecessor Goldfields Limited, and served as Senior Vice President within the Global Mining team at Bankers Trust Australia during 1996 to 1999. Mr Wheatley's earlier career was at BHP in a variety of technical and commercial roles over a 17 year period. Mr Wheatley has a BE (Chem Eng Hons 1) from the University of NSW and a MBA from the University of West Virginia.

Kenneth John Winters BCom
Mr Winters has extensive mining industry and commercial experience having previously been Chief Financial Officer and/or Company Secretary of Highlands Gold Limited, Mount Lyell Mining Limited and CBH Resources Limited. Past experience aslo includes senior commercial appointments at MIM Holdings Limited coal operators.
